Program description
SNA Express Owner Lead Alerts provide operational text notifications to an authorized SNA Express administrator. Messages may include a setup confirmation and information about new consignment submissions. This program is not used to send marketing messages to consignors or customers.
How to opt in
The authorized administrator signs in at sna-express.com/dashboard/notifications, enters a mobile number, actively checks the consent box, and selects “Save and send test text.” Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the number of consignment submissions and account setup activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to re-enroll where supported, or enroll again through the owner settings page.
Help
Reply HELP for help or email csr@sna-express.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your participation is governed by the SNA Express Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
