When you request a consignment review, SNA Express may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, contact preference, item details, estimated value, notes, product photographs, electronic signature, and acknowledgments. If an item is accepted, we also request a redacted image of a government-issued ID for identity verification. Sellers are instructed to cover the ID number, birth date, and street address before uploading.

How we use information

We use this information to review submitted items, communicate about consignment opportunities, operate and secure our services, maintain business records, and send requested administrative alerts.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the website or deliver communications. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers used to deliver the requested messages.

Text messaging

SNA Express operational text alerts are sent only to an administrator who actively enrolls a mobile number. Message frequency varies with consignment submissions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Retention and security

Identification and product images are stored privately and are available only through authenticated administrative access. We retain information only as reasonably needed for identity verification, the consignment transaction, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP.
